On April 6, 2016, The Concord Monitor implemented a new registration/login system in conjunction with the new site design. While the new system will be much more streamlined for readers in the long term, some of you may be experiencing bumps in the road as we transition from one system to the next.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: Click here to change your password. You can also change your password while in the eEdition ( by selecting "Options" -> "Change Password"

Q: I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?
Click here to recover your password. (Note - you must be logged out to do this!)

Q: I was using EZPay, but my subscription stopped. Why? How can I fix it?
A: We have changed payment systems. For security, credit card information could not be transferred. For any subscription created before March 8, please update your credit card information. Visit Subscribe page to renew your subscription.

Q: I’m using the eEdition App. How can I purchase a subscription?
A: Exit the app and open your iOS or Android web browser. Navigate to and select "Subscribe" from the top of the screen. Follow the prompts. Platform restrictions do not allow such purchases within the app.

Online Only Subscribers

Q - I already have a Digital Only subscription. How do I get access via the new login system?
A - Subscribers should have received a username and password in the email. If you can’t find the email, click here to recover your password. (Note - you must be logged out to do this!)

Q: Will my current EZ-Pay subscription keep renewing?
A:  No. For security, your subscription and payment information could not be moved. Once your old subscription expires you will need to start a new subscription by visiting our Subscribe page and inputting your credit card to renew your subscription.  

Print Subscribers

Q: Do print subscribers still get digital access for free?
A: Yes. To activate your free digital access simply create an account. To create the account, go to the registration page via this link: If you are a print subscriber to The Concord Monitor, you are entitled to full online access.
